1 Acceptance of Terms

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. kkk 14 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

• Do not allow any other person to place bets or play games using your account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

All deposited funds are held in a designated player funds account and are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of the deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

8 Intellectual Property

All rights are reserved.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kkk 14 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the kkk 14 platform, including but not limited to:

10 Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure by the Player

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kkk 14 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or legally available for use in all jurisdictions. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that their use of kkk 14 complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction.
